We carried out a complete, large-scale refurbishment of this property in Waltham abbey , transforming the building from the ground up. The entire house was stripped back to the original brickwork, allowing us to rebuild and upgrade every part of the property to a high standard. Works included new internal structures, insulation, plasterboarding, full plastering, electrical and plumbing installations, flooring, decoration, bathrooms, kitchens and all finishing works.

As part of the project, the property was completely redesigned and divided into three separate self-contained flats, together with a dedicated office space and a fully equipped gym area. We also completed the external works, including a fully upgraded garden area and a high-standard parking area to the rear of the property. The result is a complete transformation, delivering modern, practical and high-quality living and working spaces throughout.
