We carried out a mansard rear dormer loft conversion, creating a substantial new living space while maintaining a high-quality finish throughout. The external works included carefully completed brickwork to match the existing property, together with a premium zinc standing-seam finish to the rear mansard elevation. New windows were supplied and installed as part of the loft conversion, giving the new space plenty of natural light and a clean modern appearance. To the front, the roof was fully finished using Spanish natural slate, providing a traditional and high-end finish that complements the character of the property. The entire loft conversion was completed with close attention to detail, combining traditional materials at the front with a modern zinc finish to the rear for a smart, durable and professional result.
